What to Expect
Every tube-weaning journey begins with an individualized Initial Consultation ($350).
During this 60-90 minute visit, we’ll look at your child’s medical and feeding history, nutrition needs, current oral intake, and overall readiness and safety for tube weaning.
If we determine that tube weaning is an appropriate next step, we’ll recommend the level of support that best fits your child and family. You can then choose the weaning package that feels right for you.
Each package provides ongoing, individualized support as we work together toward increasing oral intake and reducing reliance on tube feeds.
Best for:
Young infants (0-6 months) weaning to breast and/or bottles
Young infants with minimal to no oral intake currently
Older infants (6-12 months) with some oral intake (even if inconsistent)
4-Month Tube Weaning Support
What’s included:
Customized wean plan
Six 30-minute follow up visits
Four visits during the active weaning process
Two visits for the post-wean period
Secure messaging support for 4 months
Pricing:
$350 for the Initial Consultation + 4 monthly payments of $287.50 each = $1500 total, 10% discount if paid in full
Best for:
Older infants (6-12 months) with minimal to no oral intake
Young toddlers (1-2 years) weaning to food and drink, with some or no oral intake
6-Month Tube Weaning Support
What’s included:
Customized wean plan
Eight 30-minute follow up visits
Four visits during the active weaning process
Four visits for the post-wean period
Secure messaging support for 6 months
Pricing:
$350 for the Initial Consultation + 6 monthly payments of $275 each = $2000 total, 10% discount if paid in full
What’s included:
Customized wean plan
Sixteen 30-minute follow up visits
Four visits during the active weaning process
Twelve visits for the post-wean period
Secure messaging support for 12 months
Pricing:
$350 for the Initial Consultation + 12 monthly payments of $220 each = $3000 total, 10% discount if paid in full
